PIMCO Diversified Income Fund Institutional Class (PDIIX) Research
This fund endeavors to deliver the highest possible total return while also preserving capital through astute investment practices. It typically commits a minimum of 65% of its total assets to a broad range of fixed income instruments spanning various maturities. This exposure can be achieved directly or through derivatives such as options, futures, forward contracts, or swap agreements. The portfolio may hold both high-quality, investment-grade securities and speculative, high-yield debt (commonly known as "junk bonds"). However, holdings in securities rated below B by Moody's (or an equivalent rating from S&P or Fitch, or deemed of comparable quality by PIMCO if unrated) are capped at 10% of the fund's total assets.
