F.I.S.T. Convertible Securities Fund Class A (FISCX) Research

This fund endeavors to maximize its total return, balancing capital appreciation and robust current income while operating within acceptable risk parameters across diverse market conditions. It generally commits at least 80% of its net assets to convertible securities. While the fund has the discretion to invest up to 100% of its assets in securities rated below investment grade, it will not allocate more than 10% of its assets to non-convertible debt securities rated below B. Furthermore, up to 20% of its net assets may be deployed into other types of securities, such as common or preferred stocks and non-convertible debt.
