Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Thesis website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Thesis Finance, Inc. ("Thesis," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Thesis provides software tools for research, portfolio context, and AI-assisted analysis. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other asset. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

Past performance, model outputs, and third-party data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Always verify information independently before acting on it.

Where available, brokerage connections are read-only unless we clearly state otherwise in the product. Thesis does not execute trades on your behalf through these connections unless a separate, explicitly enabled trading feature is offered and you accept additional terms for that feature.

You authorize us and our service providers to access account information you choose to link, solely to provide the Service. You remain responsible for credentials, permissions, and activity at your brokerage or financial institution.

The Service may use artificial intelligence to generate summaries, suggestions, and responses. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not treat AI responses as professional advice. You should review outputs critically and not rely on them as the sole basis for financial decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping or reverse engineering where prohibited, interfering with operation, or using the Service in violation of law or third-party rights.

The Service, including software, design, branding, and content we provide, is owned by Thesis or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Service may integrate with third parties (for example, market data, brokerage aggregators, analytics, or hosting). Those services are subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party products or sites.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THESIS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
