Thesis Finance, Inc. ("Thesis," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our website, applications, and related services (the "Service").

Account information. When you register, we collect identifiers such as your email address and authentication data managed through our identity provider.

Portfolio and brokerage data. If you connect a brokerage account or enter holdings manually, we process positions, balances, transactions, and related metadata needed to show portfolio context in the Service. Unless otherwise stated in the product, connections are read-only.

Usage and device data. We collect information about how you interact with the Service (for example, pages viewed, features used, errors, and approximate device or browser characteristics) through analytics and logging tools.

Communications. If you contact us or submit feedback, we process the content of those messages.

AI interactions. Prompts, chat history, and related context may be stored to provide the copilot, improve reliability, and support safety review. Do not submit information you are not comfortable storing in the Service.

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and secure the Service
• Authenticate users and enforce access controls
• Display portfolio context, dashboards, research, and AI-assisted features
• Connect to brokerage and market-data providers you authorize
• Monitor performance, debug issues, and prevent abuse
• Communicate with you about the Service, including support and product updates
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

Where privacy laws require a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement), and consent where required (for example, certain optional communications or cookies, where applicable).

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who process data on our behalf under contractual obligations, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, error monitoring, brokerage connectivity, and AI infrastructure. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale with appropriate safeguards.

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account subject to applicable law and technical constraints (for example, backups or records we must keep).

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can disconnect brokerage links in product settings where available. You may also adjust browser or device settings related to cookies where our analytics tools support those controls.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
