AXS Real Estate Income ETF (RINC) Research
The AXS Real Estate Income ETF employs a passive investment strategy, aiming to mirror the gross performance (before fees and expenses) of its benchmark index. Under typical market conditions, the fund allocates at least 80% of its total net assets, including any capital acquired through borrowing for investment purposes, into the specific securities that comprise the index. This underlying index primarily consists of equity shares from U.S. publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) that focus on holding commercial and residential mortgages, as well as mortgage-backed securities. A smaller proportion of the index may also include publicly listed closed-end funds. This ETF operates as a non-diversified fund.
