This ETF commits to allocating a minimum of 80% of its total net assets, including any funds borrowed for investment purposes, to the securities that comprise its underlying index. This benchmark index is constructed using a systematic, rules-based approach, incorporating a modified market capitalization weighting adjusted for public float. Its objective is to provide a way for investors to monitor the overall performance of the small-capitalization segment of publicly traded real estate companies that are both headquartered and primarily listed on exchanges within the U.S. It should be noted that this particular fund is classified as non-diversified.
