Pax Large Cap Fund Individual Investor Class (PAXLX) Research

Typically, under standard market conditions, the fund allocates a minimum of 80% of its net assets (which includes any borrowed capital used for investment purposes) to equity securities. These investments primarily consist of common stocks, shares convertible into common or preferred stock, and warrants. The companies targeted for investment must have market capitalizations that fall within the spectrum of the Standard & Poor's 500 Index at the time of their acquisition. The fund has the flexibility to dedicate up to 45% of its total assets to securities issued by foreign entities, a category that encompasses American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). Nevertheless, direct holdings in non-U.S. securities that are not ADRs are restricted to a maximum of 25% of its assets.
