Impax Small Cap Fund Investor Class (PXSCX) Research

The Impax Small Cap Fund Investor Class is required to dedicate at least 80% of its net capital (including any borrowed money for investment purposes) to equity holdings. These investments target companies whose market capitalization, at the time of acquisition, falls within the range defined by the Russell 2000 Index. Additionally, the fund has the flexibility to invest up to 45% of its total assets in securities issued by non-U.S. entities. However, a specific cap dictates that no more than 25% of its overall assets can be allocated to non-U.S. issuers, not including American Depository Receipts (ADRs).
