Parnassus Mid Cap Growth Fund - Investor (PARNX) Research
This fund's main objective is to achieve long-term growth of capital. It typically commits a minimum of 80% of its total assets (including any funds borrowed for investment) to growth-oriented businesses with a mid-range market capitalization. The fund is not compelled to sell or discontinue acquiring shares of a company it already holds merely because that company's market value shifts beyond the parameters of the Russell Midcap® Growth Index, whose specifications can fluctuate. Additionally, it possesses the flexibility to allocate up to 20% of its net assets to companies with either smaller or larger market capitalizations.
