JPMorgan Large Cap Value Fund Class A (OLVAX) Research

The fund's main objective is to achieve long-term capital growth, with a secondary aim of generating some current income. It accomplishes this primarily by investing in equity securities. Typically, at least 80% of its total assets are allocated to equity holdings of large companies. These holdings consist of common stocks, as well as debt and preferred securities that are convertible into common stock. For these purposes, "assets" refers to the fund's net assets combined with any borrowed money used for investment. Large companies are defined as those with market capitalizations comparable to the constituents of the Russell 1000® Value Index at the time of purchase.
