This fund aims to achieve its investment objectives primarily by allocating at least 80% of its net assets (including any funds borrowed for investment purposes) to securities issued by companies located outside the United States. While the portfolio typically maintains this emphasis on non-U.S. issuers, it may also invest up to 20% of its net assets, measured at the time of purchase, in U.S. companies. Under extraordinary circumstances, the fund retains the option to concentrate substantially all or even all of its assets within a single country.
