Janus Henderson Mid Cap Value Fund Class A (JDPAX) Research
This fund primarily seeks to acquire equity shares of mid-sized businesses that its management team identifies as trading below their true worth. A substantial portion, specifically no less than 80% of its total net assets (inclusive of any borrowed capital for investment), will be directed towards equity securities of companies whose market valuation, at the point of acquisition, falls within the parameters of the Russell Midcap® Value Index. Furthermore, under typical market circumstances, the fund maintains the flexibility to allocate up to 20% of its net assets to securities from companies with market capitalizations outside of these specified ranges.
