This fund's core objective is to generate overall comprehensive returns for its investors. It primarily dedicates a minimum of 80% of its capital to a diverse array of real estate-related equity instruments from outside the United States. These real estate equity holdings encompass various forms, such as common and preferred shares, along with other ownership interests in property-focused enterprises, including Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and analogous entities. The fund also retains the flexibility to allocate up to 20% of its assets to real estate equity securities within the U.S. market, which includes American REITs. Furthermore, a maximum of 15% of its total portfolio may be directed towards companies situated in emerging economies.
