AMG GW&K Small Cap Value Fund II - Class N (ASCTX) Research
The primary objective of this fund is to achieve substantial capital growth over the long term. Under typical conditions, at least 80% of its portfolio is allocated to common stocks and other equity instruments issued by smaller capitalization companies. For the purpose of this fund, small-cap companies are defined as those possessing a market value below $5 billion at the time of acquisition, or whose market capitalization aligns with the companies found in prominent small-cap benchmarks such as the Russell 2000®, the S&P Small Cap 600 Index, or the Dow Jones U.S. Small-Cap Total Stock Market Index. Additionally, the fund maintains the option to invest in real estate investment trusts (REITs).
