State Street SPDR S&P Homebuilders ETF (XHB) Research
This State Street SPDR ETF aims to deliver investment returns that generally match the total performance of the S&P Homebuilders Select Industry Index, prior to accounting for fees and expenses. It provides investment exposure primarily to the homebuilding industry within the S&P TMI, but may also extend to related sub-industries such as building products, home furnishings, home improvement retail, home furnishing retail, and household appliances. The fund achieves this by tracking a modified equal-weighted index, which promotes a balanced industry exposure across companies of large, mid, and small market capitalizations. This structure empowers investors to adopt more precise strategic or tactical positions compared to more general sector-based investment vehicles.
