The Innovator Growth Accelerated ETF - Quarterly is designed for continuous holding and resets each quarter. Its objective is to provide twice the positive performance of the Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ), up to a predefined limit, while concurrently seeking to limit exposure to market declines to approximately a one-to-one ratio compared to QQQ's negative movements. These performance targets are assessed and recalibrated over successive three-month periods.
