The fund primarily allocates at least 80% of its total net assets (including any funds obtained through borrowing for investment) to equity securities issued by companies operating across the globe. Regarding its geographical distribution, under typical market circumstances, a minimum of 40% of its assets will be directed towards non-U.S. enterprises; however, this minimum allocation reduces to 30% in situations where international market conditions are deemed less favorable. While the fund retains the discretion to invest in companies of any market capitalization, its investments are generally concentrated in the shares of large and mid-sized companies.
