As of April 21, 2022, TEN operated a fleet of 66 double-hulled vessels, which specifically included 60 conventional tankers, three liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers, and three specialized Suezmax DP2 shuttle tankers. Established in 1993, the firm was originally known as MIF Limited before adopting its current name, Tsakos Energy Navigation Limited, in July 2001. Its headquarters are located in Athens, Greece.
