The fund's main goal is to increase the value of your investment over time. It typically invests at least 80% of its total assets (including any money borrowed for investing) in common shares of companies with mid-range market capitalizations. For this fund, a mid-capitalization company is defined as one whose market value falls within the spectrum of companies included in the Russell Midcap® Index at the point of purchase. It's worth noting that the market capitalization range defining the Russell Midcap Index is not static and will adjust with changing market conditions. The portfolio generally consists of around 60 to 80 different stocks.
