Under normal circumstances, the fund primarily invests in equity securities of smaller companies, allocating at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowed funds for investment purposes, to this segment. Additionally, a minimum of 40% of its net assets (along with any borrowed money for investment) will be directed towards issuers located outside the United States or to investments that provide exposure to such international entities. This global investment strategy will involve exposure to at least three different countries, excluding the United States.
