Its extensive customer base spans baked goods manufacturers, snack food producers, confectioners, restaurant and foodservice operators, infant nutrition providers, other food manufacturers, and the retail sector, including grocery chains, wholesalers, and distributors. The Milling segment is dedicated to producing wheat flours and various bakery mixes. It also offers a comprehensive range of corn milling products, encompassing dry-milled corn meals and flours, wet-milled masa and flours, flaking and brewer's grits, alongside specialized items like soy-fortified corn meal and corn-soy blends. Established in 1999, Tarsier Ltd. maintains its headquarters in New York, New York.
