The State Street Dynamic Small Cap Fund Class N strives to achieve the highest possible total return primarily through strategic investments in equity securities. A core aspect of its investment approach dictates that at least 80% of its net assets (which may include borrowed funds) will be allocated to the common stocks of companies represented in the Russell 2000® Index, the benchmark against which the fund measures its performance. The fund also retains the flexibility to invest up to 20% of its net assets in equity securities of companies that are not constituents of the Russell 2000® Index.
