This fund primarily directs at least 80% of its investable capital – encompassing its net assets and any funds borrowed for investment purposes – into the equities of U.S. corporations across all market capitalization tiers. These investments may consist of common stocks, preferred stocks, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and warrants. A smaller portion of the portfolio may also be allocated to American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), real estate investment trusts (REITs), and the shares of companies based outside the United States.
