The Bahl & Gaynor Small/Mid Cap Income Growth ETF (SMIG) is a dynamically managed, publicly traded investment vehicle. Its primary objective is to allocate capital to equity securities of smaller and medium-sized U.S. companies. Ordinarily, a minimum of 80% of the fund's total assets (including any borrowed capital for investment purposes) will be committed to firms within the small- and mid-capitalization categories. All of the fund's stock holdings must be listed on U.S. exchanges and may encompass ordinary shares of American businesses, American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
