The fund seeks to invest globally across a full range of market capitalizations, from small to large. However, the Sub-Adviser anticipates that the portfolio's primary focus will be on mid- and large-capitalization companies located in developed nations, including the United States. Under normal operating conditions, at least 80% of the fund's net assets, combined with any borrowed funds for investment, will be allocated to equity securities. This investment vehicle is classified as non-diversified.
