Victory RS Small Cap Growth Fund - Class A (RSEGX) Research

This fund aims to generate long-term capital appreciation for its investors. It typically dedicates a minimum of 80% of its assets to investments in smaller companies. The advisor defines a small-capitalization company as one whose market value, at the time of purchase, is less than $3 billion, or alternatively, up to 120% of the market capitalization of the largest company within the Russell 2000® Index, with the greater of these two figures serving as the upper limit. While the portfolio primarily consists of equity securities from U.S. firms, it also has the flexibility to allocate any amount of its holdings to international stocks, including depositary receipts such as ADRs and GDRs.
