These companies must have their economic activities significantly linked to established global economies, with the specific exclusion of the United States and Canada. The fund's investments will maintain economic connections to a minimum of ten different countries, none of which are the U.S. or Canada. Furthermore, the allocation to issuers economically tied to the U.S., Canada, or any emerging market nations will not exceed 15% of the fund's overall net assets.
