AB Small Cap Growth Portfolio Class K (QUAKX) Research
This fund primarily allocates capital to a diversified selection of common stocks from companies with relatively smaller market capitalizations compared to the broader U.S. market. A minimum of 80% of its net assets are committed to these smaller enterprise equities. For the purpose of this strategy, "smaller companies" are specifically defined as those firms whose market value, at the point of investment, places them within the lowest quintile (20%) of the total U.S. equity market capitalization; however, companies with market capitalizations under $10 million are excluded from this specific calculation. The fund maintains the flexibility to invest across all industries and company types, utilizing various equity securities that offer potential for capital appreciation.
