Invesco ESG NASDAQ 100 ETF (QQMG) Research
The Invesco ESG NASDAQ 100 ETF (referred to as the Fund) is designed to track the performance of the Nasdaq-100 ESG Index (the Index). To achieve its objective, the Fund allocates a minimum of 90% of its total assets to the securities that constitute the underlying Index. The Index itself is composed of companies selected from the broader Nasdaq-100, specifically those that meet stringent environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria. Eligibility for these ESG standards requires that an issuer must not participate in certain proscribed business activities, including alcohol, cannabis, controversial weapons, gambling, military weapons, nuclear power, oil & gas, and tobacco. Additionally, companies must align with the principles of the United Nations Global Compact, maintain satisfactory business controversy levels, and achieve an ESG Risk Rating Score that qualifies them for inclusion in the Index. Both the Fund and the Index are rebalanced on a quarterly basis, specifically in March, June, September, and December.
