Pax Small Cap Fund (PXSIX) Research
The fund primarily allocates a minimum of 80% of its net assets (including any funds acquired through borrowing for investment purposes) to common stocks of companies. These companies, at the time of acquisition, must possess market capitalizations that fall within the range of the Russell 2000 Index. Furthermore, the fund has the flexibility to commit up to 45% of its total assets to securities issued by companies based outside the U.S. However, a specific limitation dictates that no more than 25% of its assets may be invested in non-U.S. securities that are not structured as American Depositary Receipts (ADRs).
