Invesco S&P SmallCap Materials ETF (PSCM) Research
The Invesco S&P SmallCap Materials ETF (Fund) is designed to mirror the investment performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Capped Materials Index (Index). The Fund typically allocates a minimum of 90% of its total assets to the securities that comprise this benchmark. This Index is specifically structured to measure the overall performance of U.S. companies operating in the basic materials sector. Such firms are primarily engaged in the production of raw commodities, encompassing areas like paper or wood products, various chemicals, construction materials, and mining and metals operations. The underlying Index is a specialized component of the broader S&P SmallCap 600 Index, which is a float-adjusted, market-capitalization-weighted measure reflecting the U.S. small-cap market. Both the Fund and the Index undergo rebalancing and reconstitution every quarter.
