The fund aims to achieve significant long-term capital appreciation. It allocates a minimum of 80% of its total assets (including any funds borrowed for investment purposes) to businesses with market capitalizations at or below the range characteristic of companies in the Russell 2000® Index. Nevertheless, the fund retains the flexibility to occasionally invest in companies with a market capitalization surpassing this benchmark.
