Virtus Duff & Phelps Global Infrastructure Fund Class C (PGUCX) Research
The fund seeks worldwide investment opportunities in companies forming the bedrock of critical infrastructure, specifically those engaged in the energy, utilities, transportation, and telecommunications sectors. Ordinarily, a minimum of 80% of its total holdings will be allocated to income-generating equity securities of such infrastructure firms. These companies must be domiciled in at least three distinct nations, with the United States always being one of them. Additionally, under standard market conditions, no less than a quarter (25%) of the fund's assets will be directed towards investments in U.S.-based issuers.
