This fund primarily invests in mid-sized growth companies, typically allocating at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowed capital for investment purposes) to this category. It maintains flexibility in its holdings; therefore, the fund will not automatically divest or cease acquiring shares of a company it already owns simply because its market capitalization moves outside the fluctuating ranges of the Russell Midcap® Growth Index. Up to 20% of its total assets may also be directed towards companies with either smaller or larger market capitalizations.
