The Overlay Shares Short Term Bond ETF (OVT) is an actively managed fund that pursues its investment goals through a dual strategy. Firstly, it seeks exposure to the short-duration fixed-income market by investing in other exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that hold high-quality, U.S. dollar-denominated, fixed-rate taxable bonds. Alternatively, the fund may directly acquire these underlying debt instruments.
