Oncorus, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical firm dedicated to pioneering viral immunotherapies designed to combat cancer in patients. At the forefront of its pipeline is ONCR-177, an innovative viral immunotherapy that leverages a modified herpes simplex virus type 1 (oHSV-1) platform. This candidate, administered directly into tumors, is presently undergoing Phase I clinical evaluation for a range of different cancers.
