The Oberweis International Opportunities Fund generally commits a minimum of 80% of its total net assets to equity investments in companies that operate beyond U.S. borders. A company qualifies as "non-U.S. based" under the fund's current definition if it fulfills any of the following conditions: 1. Its legal incorporation is established under non-U.S. law, or its primary stock trading occurs on an exchange or over-the-counter market outside the United States. 2. At least half (50%) of its assets are located internationally, or it derives 50% or more of its revenue from business activities conducted overseas.
