Under typical conditions, the fund dedicates a minimum of 80% of its net assets (along with any borrowed capital used for investment) to the securities of large U.S. corporations. Its primary strategy involves assembling a diverse portfolio comprised of common stocks issued by these significant American companies. A large capitalization company is defined as one whose market value is equivalent to or exceeds that of the smallest company within the Russell 1000 Index.
