Nuveen Small Cap Select (NSCS) Research
Under typical market conditions, this fund primarily dedicates at least 80% of its net assets to publicly traded common shares issued by small-capitalization companies. Furthermore, it has the flexibility to commit up to 25% of its total holdings to international equities. This includes foreign common stocks and dollar-denominated equity instruments from non-U.S. issuers, provided they are either listed on a U.S. stock exchange or represented by exchange-traded American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) sponsored by a U.S. financial institution. A segment of up to 15% of the fund’s total capital may also be channeled into securities from emerging market economies.
