The fund will commit at least 80% of its total net assets to high-yield debt instruments, commonly referred to as "junk bonds," and other lower-rated fixed-income securities. These below-investment grade securities are characterized by ratings of BB, Ba, or inferior from a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization (NRSRO), or by unrated instruments judged to be of comparable credit quality by the fund's investment adviser.
