New Covenant Balanced Income Fd (NCBIX) Research
This investment vehicle aims to achieve two main financial goals: generating regular income for shareholders and promoting the long-term appreciation of their capital. Its strategy primarily involves allocating its resources between two associated funds: the New Covenant Growth Fund and the New Covenant Income Fund. A significant portion of its total assets is typically directed towards the Income Fund. Specifically, between 50% and 75% of its net assets are committed to shares of the Income Fund. The remaining balance of its net assets is then invested either in shares of the Growth Fund or held in highly liquid investments such as cash or cash equivalents. It's also relevant that the underlying Income Fund has the flexibility to invest up to 20% of its net assets in commercial paper. Additionally, it can allocate as much as 40% of its net assets to fixed-income securities issued by foreign entities, spanning a wide range of global markets, including both well-established and emerging economies.
