BMO TCH Corporate Income Fund Class Y Shs (MCIYX) Research
This investment vehicle endeavors to maximize total shareholder returns while maintaining a consistent stream of current income. At least 80% of its assets are strategically deployed into corporate debt instruments, which may include convertible bonds. While its primary focus is on U.S. dollar-denominated securities carrying at least the lowest investment-grade rating at the time of acquisition, the fund has the flexibility to commit up to 20% of its capital to debt securities below investment grade—known as high-yield or "junk" bonds—and to foreign debt instruments not denominated in U.S. dollars.
