This fund aims to generate substantial long-term capital appreciation primarily through investments in common shares and other equity-related instruments. Typically, at least 80% of the fund's net assets, including any funds borrowed for investment purposes, will be allocated to equity securities of small-capitalization companies. These holdings may encompass preferred stocks, warrants, securities convertible into common or preferred shares, and other ownership interests.
