KFA Dynamic Fixed Income ETF (KDFI) Research
The KFA Dynamic Fixed Income ETF aims to replicate the overall return – encompassing both price changes and income generation – of the FTSE US High-Yield Treasury Rotation Index, prior to the deduction of fees and expenses. Typically, the fund commits at least 80% of its total assets to the securities that make up this benchmark. On a monthly basis, following its scheduled reconstitution, the underlying index entirely shifts its focus to one of three specific sub-indexes: either the FTSE US Treasury 1-5 Years Index, the FTSE US Treasury 7-10 Years Index, or the FTSE US High-Yield Market BB/B-Rated Capped Custom Index. It is important to note that this fund is structured as non-diversified.
