The fund generally allocates a minimum of 80% of its net capital to a diverse array of equity instruments, primarily common stocks. These investments target companies with a market capitalization of $1 billion or greater, specifically those the manager has identified as exhibiting value characteristics. Furthermore, up to one-fifth of the fund's total assets may be invested in securities expressed in foreign currencies. The fund is also permitted to acquire new shares through initial public offerings (IPOs).
