Under typical operating conditions, the fund is committed to investing a minimum of 80% of its overall investment capital in the stock shares of companies categorized as mid-capitalization. For the purpose of this investment policy, "overall investment capital" includes both the fund's net assets and any funds it has borrowed for investment activities. A company qualifies as a mid-cap entity if its market value falls within the range of businesses included in the Russell Midcap® Index at the specific moment the shares are purchased.
