Janus Henderson Overseas Fund (JDIRX) Research
This fund primarily seeks to achieve its investment objectives by allocating capital to companies located outside the United States. Under normal market conditions, a minimum of 80% of its net assets (including any assets acquired through borrowing for investment purposes) will be committed to non-U.S. securities. Typically, the portfolio comprises 30 to 50 individual securities issued by companies across various nations, excluding the U.S. However, in exceptional situations, the fund retains the flexibility to concentrate all or nearly all of its holdings within a single country. A portion of its net assets, specifically up to 20% as determined at the point of purchase, may also be allocated to U.S. companies.
