Their systems were deployed in various properties across the United States and the Caribbean. However, In-Systcom Inc. faced financial difficulties, filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on October 1, 2007. This reorganization effort was ultimately unsuccessful, leading to the conversion of its voluntary petition to Chapter 7 liquidation on June 27, 2008. The company is presently in the process of being liquidated.
