This ETF commits a minimum of 80% of its net assets, inclusive of any borrowed capital, to a diversified portfolio of preferred securities. These securities are issued by both domestic and international companies, spanning enterprises of all market capitalizations. The fund also maintains the flexibility to invest in publicly traded partnerships (PTPs). The investment advisor generally aims to dedicate around 10% of the fund's assets to a credit spread options strategy, although prevailing market conditions could lead to a higher allocation.
