Mondial Relay provides delivery to automated parcel machines and manages numerous pick-up drop-off (PUDO) points in key European markets like France, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Portugal. The International Other segment extends automated parcel machine services to the United Kingdom and Italy. Beyond core delivery, InPost offers extensive fulfillment solutions, encompassing warehousing, packaging, and logistics support for e-commerce businesses. It also maintains self-service points for sending and receiving parcels and operates an e-Grocery service, InPost Fresh, which delivers food and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) to dedicated machines or directly to the recipient. As of December 31, 2021, the company had processed over 517 million parcel deliveries. Its infrastructure included 16,445 automated parcel machines, equipped with approximately 2.4 million individual lockers. At the same date, InPost also supported around 38,000 integrated e-commerce merchants and served 8 million active mobile application users. InPost S.A. was founded in 1999 and is based in Luxembourg.
